John Mansanti - Chief Executive Officer

Crystal Peak Minerals Inc.

Mr. Mansanti is a highly experienced mining executive who has been recognized multiple times for his leadership and technical skills. With more than 35 years of experience leading teams in the development, construction, and operation of mining projects, he has spent most of his career in precious metals and potash. In addition to smaller companies, Mr. Mansanti has worked for Intrepid Potash, Barrick Gold, Placer Dome, Newmont Mining, and Freeport McMoRan and currently serves on the board of directors for Rye Patch Gold.

Mr. Mansanti has worked as a professional engineer and has published multiple technical papers. He is also an active member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration (SME) and is currently serving as its president.

Mr. Mansanti is a graduate of the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology and holds a B.S. in chemistry and a M.S. in mineral processing engineering.

Blake Measom – Chief Financial Officer

Crystal Peak Minerals Inc.

Mr. Measom has over 25 years of experience in mining and minerals finance. Prior to joining Crystal Peak, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Barrick Gold of North America, Inc., a subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation. With over $9 billion in revenues and with operations in North America, South America, Australia-Pacific, and Africa, Barrick is the world’s largest gold company. There, Mr. Measom directed the accounting, finance, tax, compliance, IT, and supply chain functions for all North American operations. Prior to joining Barrick, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Kennecott Energy Company, a subsidiary of the Rio Tinto Group."

Dean Pekeski P.Geo. – Vice President Project Development

Mr. Pekeski graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Earth Sciences, and is a Professional Geologist with over 20 year’s experience in mineral exploration and project development. Working at Rio Tinto Exploration, Mr. Pekeski was an exploration geologist and project manager from 1996 to 2008. His accomplishments included exploring for base metal and diamond deposits across Canada, Southern Africa, and India, leading the Rio Tinto exploration team that discovered, and evaluated the diamondiferous Bunder kimberlites. Mr. Pekeski then joined Western Potash Corp. where, as the Executive Vice President, he successfully managed the Milestone Potash Project in Saskatchewan from discovery, through pre-feasibility and feasibility, environmental permitting approval, and project financing. Mr. Pekeski is a Qualified Person in the field of potash geology as defined by NI 43-101 Standards, and is also an active member of the Solution Mining Research Institute.

Richard Dye P.E. – Project Engineer

Richard has over 30 years of experience in surface and underground mine and project management, mine design and construction, project engineering, international and corporate level management, and environmental management. From 2003 through 2008 Richard was Senior Vice President for Katanga Mining Limited responsible for the engineering and the rehabilitation of the company mine and processing assets located in the Democratic Republic of Congo. From 1994 to 2003 Richard held various positions for Kinross Gold including General Manager at the company's DeLamar and Fort Knox Mines and served as Vice President of Technical Services responsible for providing operating and engineering support for the company properties in Russia, South America and Africa, as well as managing numerous due diligence and feasibility studies on proposed acquisition properties.

Prior to 2003 Richard worked as General Manager, Mine Superintendent, and in various project engineering roles in the operation and construction of multiple gold and uranium properties. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Utah and a Masters of Business Administration from Westminster College. Richard is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Woods Silleroy – Vice President Operations and Corporate Secretary

Woods has over 25 years of resource experience as an investor in the Oil & Gas and Mining industries as well as almost two decades of experience in operations. Over the years, he has worked with companies such as Pace International, Disney, and The Los Angeles Philharmonic. From 1998 to 2008, Woods was Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Justice Design Group, a manufacturing and importing firm. There, he managed all day-to-day operations including production; human resources; customer service; marketing; product development; IT, network, and web site design and administration. He also developed, launched, and managed the company's Asian outsourcing and importing programs causing him to travel extensively throughout Asia.

Woods has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and a Masters degree from the University of Southern California.

LeeAnn Diamond P.G. – Environmental Manager

Having worked on environmental, geological, and geotechnical projects for many years, LeeAnn has a wide variety of compliance and technical experience. Before joining Crystal Peak Minerals Inc., she worked for Kleinfelder Inc. as a project manager where she had diverse responsibilities including supervising NEPA, EPA Brownfields, RCRA Subtitle D landfill, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and transportation projects. LeeAnn has five years’ experience as the lead technical writer and project manager on several National Park NEPA projects in the western United States. As a task manager and field engineer, she spent nine years managing surface, groundwater, leachate, and methane monitoring and reporting, as well as NPDES and air permitting for a RCRA Subtitle D landfill. LeeAnn provided project management oversight, Phase I assessments, and public outreach, including public open house meetings and individual stakeholder meetings for Salt Lake County’s 135-acre West Millcreek EPA Brownfields project. For the Utah Department of Transportation, she provided environmental compliance oversight on the Legacy Parkway Project, including identification and disposal of hazardous materials, coordinating abatement and abandonment activities and providing quality assurance review of all environmental project documents.

LeeAnn earned her Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Utah and is a Registered Professional Geologist.
